Original Alicante Chimichurri from Argentina

Use on all types of meats. Also excellent for sandwiches and grilled items. Just spread lightly on your favorites.

Premixed - Place one part chimichurri mix, one part water and one part vinegar. Mix and let it sit for 10 minutes or so. Then add oil and salt as you wish, to give it a 60/40 consistency of mix to liquid (or as desired)
