*Phone inquiries are typically not as expeditious as an e-mail
inquiry. Most of our business time is spent online and handling online inquiries
or orders; other time is spent outdoors or working in the shop. A phone is not
with us when we work nor can we process orders by phone. We do apologize for those of you who prefer phone orders. We are happy to answer questions by phone when we can.

It's for your interest and intrigue--but also we've seen our own communication tend toward the bristly and hairy, lacking perhaps in its normal aplomb and reservation, when the moon is full or new.
