Gauchos are sometimes called the South American Cowboys. The gaucho's preferred weapon was the 'facon', a one-edged knife carried in the back. As a symbol of their pride, gauchos usually decorated the facon's handle and sheath. Our artisans captured that spirit and produced unique handcrafted knives.
