For payment you have THREE options:
[Items will be held in the "cart" until you choose to purchase them. Once you reach "Confirm Order" we will receive a copy of your tentative order.]
1) Simply proceed through "checkout" and pay through credit/debit/ via PayPal secure payments. (Paypal is the payment processor--but there is no need to have a Paypal account.)
Be certain you fill in the correct billing information. If there is false or incorrect information in your "account"; some of this may interfere with validation of your payment.
To pay via credit card look carefully on the left side of the payment page for credit card payment. The Paypal payment system allows us to accept credit card
payments through a trusted third-party service. You do not need a Paypal account
to pay via credit card through this online system. We never receive nor store your card information....
and you have the security of a trusted third party payment service.
If for any reason a credit card payment is not possible you may also "send money" through Paypal's secure "send money" feature--
or we can send you an invoice; just email us.
If Paypal rejects your payment because they don't like your "shipping address"--then please contact us.
2) The mail option: pay by cashier's check, money order, or via Western Union.
You will be prompted online to include your pertinent information--including shipping
address. The calculator will calculate shipping total. When we receive your payment
the order will ship. [Personal checks require several days to clear.]
3) Phone orders are not really our forte. If we're in the shop you might catch us...
but we do not have credit card services and are not accustomed to
phone orders in general. We will either send you an e-mail invoice or have you
pay via a mailed-in check or money order [see above.]

INVOICES We now use a paperless invoice with most orders.
To view your invoice please check your email for the notification that is sent during your order process.
"WHOLESALE" or QUANTITY PURCHASE--
We are set up to sell wholesale, on several of our items. If you are a retailer, see the Wholesale Buyers Club section. In addition, there
are some products we obtain or make in sufficient quantity to offer a general discount. You will see these items listed
with their quantity discount on the site.
For some items we have created boxes of larger quantity or cases of kilos. Please feel free to order these items, but be pre-warned that, in some few circumstances, they may not
be in stock in desired quantity, but will be back-ordered to fulfill the order.
TROUBLE IN MAKING LARGE ORDERS
If you are making a large order the shipping calculator may be stretched to its limit. For large wholesale orders, we can obtain a bid from a trucking company, or you may do so yourself. If a red warning shows up stating "Products marked with Out of stock dont exist in desired quantity..."
then you will need to change the quantity in the cart--or send us an email.
If you try and calculate shipping cost and the calculator says "Sorry, but we were unable to determine shipping rates" then most likely you
have exceeded the limits allowable in the single box the calculator is working with. Lower the quantity in the cart, try again, and order separately if you still wish to receive
more products. We are limited, in the real world, by the size and weight of the boxes we can send... and the calculator is fairly good at
keeping the orders realistic in that regard. It has its limitations on communication however, so please feel free to email us with any questions you may have. As a rule
of thumb a case includes 20 kilos and a box can hold from 30 to 80 individual mates.
